cross fade and remove gap together

If you have a song file that is 3:00 long but the song ends at 2:55, I know the remove gap feature will work to close the silence to 1 sec. Is there a way for you to cross fade the music based on the end of the music and not the end of the file? Some songs have little to no gap at the end while others can have 3-5 sec of blank space at the end and I dont know how to cross fade them in Radioboss.
