my radioboss always lagging every 5 - 10 hours

lagging is  like the song heng 

example the the sound is lov,,lov lov

Check that program's priority is set to "high" (Settings->General). Also, make sure there are no other CPU-intensive programs running. And, try increasing the buffer size (Settings->Playback).
