"Peak listeners" what does this really show?
« on: September 02, 2010, 11:32:59 PM »
I first i thought it showed the highest number that listen at the same time since stream started. But it showed a higher number, but during the day the max number of listeners at the same time avergae a low number of what the highest record showed. What does this really mean or represent.

PS. this is under view -> Brodcasting statistics - > under current listeners

Yes, it should show the highest number of listeners. The number is taken from Shoutcast statistics - RadioBOSS just displays it.

So total number of  listeners for the day? or the highest amount of listeners at the same time? Still not clear.

I'm not sure myself what it shows... I suppose, it should be the highest amount of listeners at the same time. Definitely it won't count the total number of listeners, as that number will be very big and have no meaning.
