Local RadioBOSS instance:

If a second (local) RadioBOSS instance is configured in the settings,
the 'Local' checkbox appears to the right of the On-Air status display.

Switching:
Click the 'Local' checkbox to switch between the external and the local RadioBOSS instance.
The OnAir tab caption changes to show '[Local]' when the local instance is active.
The speech guide announces the change.

All On-Air list operations (add, move, delete, commands, execute) are then directed
to the local instance instead of the external one.

Note: The 'Local' setting is session-only and is not saved. After restarting the program,
the external instance is always active again.

Configuration:
In the settings (F10, 'Extended' tab), enter the API address, user name and password
for the local RadioBOSS instance under 'Local RadioBOSS Host', 'Local RadioBOSS User'
and 'Local RadioBOSS Password'.
