No there was NEVER a delay previously!! A 3 second dead-air delay is an eternity in radio and this has only started happening since new download. Plus we have ongoing server issues out of Australia which “can’t” be fixed. Super frustrating!

Thanks mate - so at the moment all file types are set at 0dB. Are you saying they all should be set at a certain level, with IDs being set a higher level to adjust? So if music is -9LUFS (0dB), should IDs (if required louder) be 2 or 3dB?

Ok thanks. We have disabled ReplayGain. We have also run the normalisation again at -9 however run the folder with station IDs at -11 as this seems to level them out better. Will keep testing and hopefully these measures fix the issue.

ThNks. Yer we have tried that multiple times. Reset all folders to default -9 but still levels completely all over the place. Never used to be like this but it sounds awful. Would creating new folders and shifting files into those and resetting the level rectify the issue?

We are having all sorts of issues with normalisation using RadioBoss Cloud. We have tried setting all folders (station IDs, ads, promos, music) to -9LUFS as standard, however it NEVER works as songs will play at that level, and ads for example will then play much quieter then boost up for show...

Thanks. I'll leave it the way it is. As for the constant drop-outs - it's happening with both cloud and live. Really frustrating as it's the same with atleast 5 streaming apps I've tried, so not a problem that end. The song will start...stop...kick in...stop...kick in...etc.

Hey there I have been uploading via media section. Normally 5-10 songs at a time. No issues until yesterday. Files are normal size so 200MB not an issue. That’s weird if it worked for you because certainly not working for me! Any suggestions? Thanks
