I'm sorry but we won't be improving COM port support in RadioBOSS because very few computers nowadays have this port. RadioBOSS has API so you can probably create some custom solution for your task: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/remote_controlapi.htm (it has commands to get/set microphone status).
