Broadcast Clock?

What about a broadcast clock would this work at all? I am using software but this would be cool to have in this software.

RadioBOSS uses scheduler and playlist generator to build clocks. You can also use 3rd party software (it it's able to export playlists in m3u format) iif you like.

How does this all work cause we need a broadcast clock yup. Also this would make your software amazing.
