This is the second time I've had this issue. This morning I found that we were not streaming and found an error 3 (image uploaded). When I went over and moved the PC mouse it reconnected.
This indicates sound card problem, RadioBOSS detected a failure but was unable to restart the device. I'd suggest to try using a different sound card e.g. integrated one.
