Keep getting two error messages

Failed to load player settings. Please restart
Failed to load system settings. Please restart.

Show clock is GONE. Playlists and Cart Walls GONE.

I NEED HELP ASAP.

If you use antivirus software, it may prevent RadioBOSS from loading the settings. If you had hard drive failure, or power failure, it can damage RadioBOSS settings so they can no longer be loaded - however it does not seem to be the case because the error messages you get typically appear when the file exists, but can't be accessed for some reason.

You can try rebooting the PC to see if it fixes the issue.

We have the same problem, a new playlist was suddenly not created anymore from the scheduler. Than we decided to close down the programm to update it and then all was gone!!

We now istalled the programm new, as it was not found anymore after updating... but of courese all the settings the playlists all gone! How we can this back? We saved the schedule but now the schedule cant find the playlists created by the playlist generator pro, as it is empty!

We found the place where all the playlists from the "playlist gerator pro" where saved. So we have all back

You can create your settings backup using the Settings->Settings backup and restore option. This will help you recover in case something happens.
