When 'Save profile' and 'Load profile' are greyed out for a locked down user, 'Delete profile' appears to be an option that can be clicked on. Expected behaviour would be for the 'Profile save/load' checkbox to now become 'Profile save/load/delete' and delete permission to align with the save/load permissions that currently exist
