sound normalizion

I know during a playlist play list some mp3,s are going to be a higher volume than others and this can be
a quite a nuisance to the broadcaster or listener, I know that one can normalise ones library prior, I would like to know is there a program or vst that mp3 can go through be normalised then outputted to the live broadcast, this way all song will remain in a consistent volume level.

Such feature which be turned on or off would great feature

You can activate AutoAmp in RadioBOSS (located in the main window, FX tab) - it will normalize sound level on the fly.
