Hi. Is there a problem with lis teaser on windows 7? It does not reproduce them. However in windows 10 it works without problems

Operating system does not matter - it's something else that prevents for teaser to work. Do you see an error message in the log when you start a teaser?

Unable to play! Error code 900 (No description).

The typical reason for this error is that it was unable to find enough tracks to build the set. Check that the source has enough tracks, and that the tracks have Hook In/Hook Out set or enable AutoHook.

With the configuration of the image fails, however Teaser does its job well when marking picking tracks from a folder.

Try increasing the number of tracks it looks ahead - it appears that there are not enough files after filters applied to build a teaser.

I noticed yesterday that the teaser skipped a track because the hook is too long.

In the manual I only find the following information:

Hook duration must be less than 21 seconds

Is there no way to disable this?

Currently not, in the next update we'll add this as advanced configuration. This limitation exists to prevent incorrectly configured hooks to play for long time.
