Please add a 'File Type' control box update event to Music Library in 'Tag editor' window ('Edit>Track Properties...' or 'Ctrl+1') by 'Tag editor' form open window event.
Now this list of values is updated only if you restart the entire Music Library application. If this is not done, all the 'File Type' list values added in the settings will not be available at the 'Music Library'. I keep the 'Music Library' windows running all the time and ran into this problem when I was assigning file types and was very surprised that the file types I just added to the settings didn't show up when I wanted to apply any of them to the highlighted file list in Music Library.

The sequence of getting the problem:
1. Open the Music Library window
2. Open the settings and add a new File Type under 'File Type'
3. Close the settings window by pressing 'Ok'
4. Go to the to an already opened Music Library window
5. Open the 'Tag editor' (Ctrl+1)
6. Verify that the new value just added to the settings is present.
7. It's not there!
