RB not updating song title

Hi guys, I've downloaded radio boss 5.7.2 trial to have a go on the software but song title is not been updated to the server. I am a manager in one of the radios I'm performing and I perform in other 4 different radios and got the same problem in all of them. When I log in into my server, it says auto dj is performing but it is me as a dj who is performing/playing music. The only version without any problems I can find is 5.0.0 witch is not bad but the new one has a better interface. I am sending pictures to have an idea of what am I talking about. Each encoder has a number from 1 to 5 and I log in into any of them and it says connected output 1 or 2 etc but the error message regards to (output4) in all encoders.

What server you broadcast to, is it Icecast or Shoutcast?

On your screenshot there's an error only about encoder #4, and not for others.

All servers are shoutcast and I connect to one server at a time but the error message is the same for all of them. I can connect to output 1, 2, 3 etc and get the same error message (output4).

The error message is about output #4, and does not concern other outputs. I suggest you to check the setup of encoder 4, to see if something's wrong there.

Hi, sorry I've been away... I still got the same problem not updating song title and I realise that all songs are played in joint stereo while on previous versions of RB they were played in stereo. Is there any relations regarding my problem? How can I play songs in normal stereo? Thank you

You should check server log to see why it's not receiving the new title.

Nothing was changed in this regard in the software for years How did you determine that it's joint stereo? What streaming settings do you use?
