Online database

Hello everybody,

I have a short question.

I want to place all my music files in a database that is online.
Some kind of webserver for websites only I use folders for music.

Is it possible that I can connect with RadioBOSS with such an online database?
We most use the Playlist generator for our music.
Maybe there could be such an feature added.

In the near future we are going to broadcast from different places.
Harddrives with music can be damaged or something can happen with it.

If it's not possible, maybe a suggestion for the future?

Network operation will be much (100 times) slower compared to local hard drive. The next version will allow using MySQL database for caching, this will allow using network drives (e.g. NAS or shared network folders) and as data is cached, there should not be a lot of slowdown.

This happens rarely and something can happen to cloud storage as well. You can increase the local hard drive reliability if you use SSD and you can also build RAID array and mirror data on two or more disks.

MySQL will help a lot because we want to use a NAS as well.

SSD is will become another future feature for us.
