Unwritten captions in the player

Hello on my site For some reason the player has all kinds of letters in the player, instead of the track name.
What am I supposed to do, and if it can be completely removed, there will be no caption.
I would love for a quick response.

Can you please specify what control panel you use, is it RadioBOSS Cloud or Centova? Do you use the widgets we provide or it's a 3rd party player?

I use the regular version. Not in the cloud.
The player is external.
It seems to me that you only provide a player for the software in the cloud. I'm wrong?

It can be a problem with the player. You can configure the following from within RadioBOSS:

- Track title format, this is what is sent to the server (and what the player will read): https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/metadata.htm

- Title encoding. Some players may not support UTF8, for instance. You can try different text encodings on the Metadata tab when you configure the encoder: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/broadcast.htm
