2. Do you guarantee that if I buy the program, it won't be buggy (erroneus) etc.?

No, it is impossible to foresee all environments, in which the program will be used. The program has been developed for about 5 years and our users and testers have found a great number of bugs and defects. Currently all these bugs are fixed and new bug reports are very rare. However, we do not guarantee anything.

3. What plans do you have for future versions?

The main priority is fixing bugs and tweaking the program to maximum level of quality, increasing stability. If you found a bug, send us the description of what caused the error and screenshots (if needed). We provide a discount to everybody who found a bug.
Our plans for nearest future include: improve the playlist generator, autojingles, profile manager, profiles of users with various access level, configuring crossfade with a chart, ... Submit your ideas.

4. A new version is released, how can I get it?

To get the new version, fill in the form and within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail containing instructions or refusal if your update subscription is over. In this case, to get new versions you must pay for the update. For more information, see question 5

5. What will happen after the year of free updates is over?

To get new versions you must pay 40% of the current program price. This will prolong your update subscription for one year starting with the moment of payment. You don't have to pay for missed months when you didn't buy updates.

6. I have sent my question to the e-mail/paid for the program but haven't received an answer, why?

We answer all letters. If you didn't receive an answer to your letter, it means that it didn't reach our mailbox or our answer didn't reach your mailbox. The reasons vary, e.g. it can be the provider or user spam-filter. Try to send the letter again or use the contact form.
