how to broadcast video to website?

so my station encodes as .mp3 to port 8000 and I'm about to make a website for it. Right now the youtube version shows the station music videos, and I was thinking it would be cool to be able to broadcast that directly from RadioBoss to my website in a similar manner. How do I set up that kind of broadcast?

RadioBOSS doesn't support streaming video. If you want to stream audio with some arbitrary video background, you can use the RTMP streaming: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/rtmp-streaming.htm
If you want to stream actual videos, external software will be needed like OBS.

well that's a bummer. Interesting that RadioBoss supports videos but can't stream them. Is that just something that hasn't been developed yet? I chose RadioBoss because it can do music videos, and I'd love to run the station entirely independently, like with my main website I'm building as the main front for the station, and YouTube as a sort of legacy access version.

Music videos are a big part of the vaporwave community; video is about 50% of the experience in our genre so I'd want listeners to be able to experience the content as intended, when I have videos available.

that would be amazing since the whole concept of my station is audiovisual and I chose RadioBOSS specifically because it can program with music and video

Do you think I could make a plugin for spout support or something or would that break the program? I've never made a plugin before but we have a software developer on our team now and we're brainstorming. Right now I'm streaming via OBS but I'm trying to make it so the eventual independent website that hosts this can do it without RTMP, although getting video via RTMP would be ideal and really open up possibilities for the user base
