I think this is due to the order how the playlists are created. Currently processed all week days for a given hour/minute block - e.g., ad block for 10:15, it will create (up to) 7 playlists for it, Monday...Sunday. Maybe it can be changed so it creates all blocks for a given days first.

Crossfades are applied in priority: Segue Editor > Track Tool > File Type crossfades > General crossfades So if you have the crossfades defined in the Segue Editor, they will override anything else. Are you sure the configuration is correct? Do you use the latest RadioBOSS version? If news...
