When you select an URL for an event, there will be no "Broadcasting title" field in the URL input window, because for an event, it's a bit different - the streaming title can be controlled by the "Use event name as a streaming title" option.

Currently it's not supported but in one of the updates we'll add this feature.

When you add an URL to the playlist, you can set its streaming title as well - if the title is set (the title field is not empty) then those titles will be sent to the listeners (not the actual track titles from the stream).

You can combine audio and video into a single video file and play it in RadioBOSS. But currently RadioBOSS doesn't support fades for video.

This, like the rest of the fields, is a filter. If you check it, only enabled tracks will be left in the list (the track that have "Disable track" option enabled, will be filtered out).

I don't think this is expected behavior - when the mic is off, there's no reason to turn on the bed.

For the voice tracks, it's different. A voice track is a separate item in the playlist, and if it presents, it usually means that it was user's intent to play it. I'm not sure why is it not possible? If you specify the playlist format file name as on your screenshot, it will create the file names as you need.
