RadioBOSS will offer 0.001 precision as an option (we'll start with placing this option in the Advanced section). On your screenshot it seems to be frame precision, but this design won't fit into Track Tool because it has lots of time input fields, and having them this big will not look good.

There are no delays in triggering the Mix point. Track loading can take some time - but by default, preloading is active, so by the time the next track is supposed to start via the Mix point, it's already ready to start immediately. Zooming range in Track Tool will be extended in the next update.

I don't think it's activated earlier than the mix point is defined. The track is short and mixing occurs before the graphics can catch up. Graphics precision is around 50ms (a bit more actually), so it may be off - but it does not affect playback. The core of this is that RadioBOSS targets...

How much is it out of sync? AFAIK seeking/positioning in an mp3 file is not very accurate, mp3 consists of frames so precision may be limited to one frame. Still, it's under 5 milliseconds or so I guess. You can try converting the same file to WAV and see if it performs better. But technically...
