This is intentional, hiding it completely makes little sense as now it's possible to resize it freely. Do you need it to be hidden?

We delete them usually but I see you don't have duplicate postings.

This is by default in the design, but you can enable it from the menu: View > Workspace > Customize, "Show last track".

It is handled automatically, but you have to select the correct time zone, not all UTC+1 time zones are equal (so do daylight savings, some not, depending on the local regulations). You should select the one for your country/city.

The freeze detection thing checks if the UI is responsive - it's considered unresponsive if it's stuck for 30 or more seconds. As you use a 2-year old version, I recommend you updating it to the latest one, a lot of things were fixed/improved since then.

Where do those empty playlists come from? The ads scheduler has two options: create empty playlists (and corresponding events), or not create. In nether of those cases there will be an error, because loading an empty playlist is a valid operation.
