Listening links, including the one you posted in the first message, are from RadioBOSS Cloud because it acts as a streaming server. Desktop RadioBOSS is a different product, you appear to be streaming with RadioBOSS Cloud.

When you convert from within RadioBOSS, it will copy the additional information. If you perform the conversion externally, it will not be copied. Renaming the converted WAV file to MP3 extension, will preserve the information, but it's not a good idea. Also there's no point to convert MP3 to WAV...
