We'll check it again, but for now I'm not sure what the problem is. Maybe you changed normalization algorithm - please check in RadioBOSS Settings > General, Advanced settings. In Audio section normalze algorithm should be set to 0 to use EBU R128.

RadioBOSS re-calculates time stretch after each track (it had always worked like this) to improve precision.

If the text is not very large, you can include it in the cart name so it's visible directly on the button.
If the Date is also active, it will be taken into account. In your case it seems that the event is scheduled to run on one day only (Days of week unchecked, Date is checked).
I did a quick test and it doesn't confirm, does it happen for all mp4 files? Is it video or audio file?
I think more information is needed. Does it apply time stretch but actual playback ends at a wrong time? Or it doesn't apply speed change at all?

Maybe it's not able to adjust the speed as needed (due to percentage limits), or track duration is not determined (did you prescan the tracks to set cue in/out, mix, start mix points?).
Do you mean the playlist contents is not saved? There were no changes made regarding this in the past few years :) So I think the problem is that you disabled automatic profile saving (see the Profile menu).
