No changes were made regarding how certain items in the playlist are displayed.

RadioBOSS does not call any metadata update functions on skipped tracks - no HTTP requests, or nowplaying file updates, and title is not sent to the streaming servers. Maybe your list gets the information from somewhere else e.g. uses API call to get the playlist contents.

With the option checked, it will remember the position (it's increased each time a track is taken from the category), otherwise, it will always start with 1 (or whatever number is configured).
VST is generally preferred over the legacy Winamp DSP interface, because Winamp uses 16-bit samples and VST uses 32-bit floating point, which means more precision and no clipping.
There was no such change, and I don't think it changed recently at all, it's working as it had always did. Unplayable files are skipped and logged, metadata for them is not sent.
Yes, this is why tag renaming should be generally avoided. We'll explore the way to move tags to using the IDs instead, but I think it'll either be for the next major release, or maybe released earlier as a mini-beta.
This is already possible using the existing features, you need to specify -startday=now that would mean "today" and add -starttimeshift=1440 to add 24 hours to the start time, becoming "the same time tomorrow".
And update on this. The stream works fine on Icecast or Zerocast servers with both FLAC and OGG format. If you use "Rocket Streaming Audio Server" perhaps the problem is there, maybe the server doesn't properly handle logical streams for Ogg-containers (or maybe the server is not properly...
Looks like you're using a 64-bit RadioBOSS version, and that doesn't support Winamp plugins (because all of those plugins are 32-bit). This is mentioned in the article I've linked above.
