When you add voice track to the playlist between the music tracks, the mix becomes: Track 1 mixes with VT, then VT mixes with Track 2. It's no longer Track 1 mixes with Track 2.

Each request has an "id" attribute to identify the requests. There's undocumented songrequestdelete command that you can use to delete individual requests - it takes a single id parameter. Perhaps you can use that to cross off the processed requests.
