Two connections had disconnected - that would mean your internet connection had failed. RadioBOSS never deletes playlist on disconnect. It does not cause any network issues, it can only notify you that there are the issues. You should check the Logs window to see what exactly happens.

Please click Settings > Open Settings folder. How many RadioBOSS_nnnn folders do you have there? Each of those folders contain settings for one of the instances.
