I'm about to move all my music to an external hard drive which will have a new file paths which means all tracks in RadioBOSS playlists won't load... Is there a way to make a global path change to all tracks?

Might also be a nice addition to link both functions. When you double click the comment, it opens the notepad and on the notepad, there could also be an option to push a note to a comment in the playlist.
