Artirst en title tags

Hello all,

How does Radioboss see the following tags, (De en The, En en &)
I would like to know if Radioboss sees the tags as the same artist,
for example Piet & Piet or Piet and Piet, are these two different artists? And also with, De band or The band.

Are these different or the same artists?
