I am using ASIO4ALL, and I am getting crackling sounds and also. What is the exclusive and event-driven  mode? W any of this solve the crackling, I am setting everything to 4800khz cause that's what my server runs at.

Try adjusting ASIO buffer size.
Exclusive and Event-driven are for WASAPI - exclusive means that RB will use sound card in Exclusive mode (other programs will be unable to use it). Event-driven is just another way to fill playback buffer - usually it lowers CPU usage.

I am looking to fix he crackling, Maybe that will help? I am told Voice meeter can act like this already. So I don't need Asio4All at all, and it really is posing issue ill use even-driven mod to lower CPU usage with voice meeter to act like asio4all and bring many people on to the radio.

Are you sure you need ASIO at all? WASAPI provides pretty low latency times, and it's enough for most cases. ASIO is best used when sound card itself supports it natively.

Oh OK I am just wondering cause I really don't know the difference between both I just want low latency ill use waspi this issue I get is sound levels are totally what and always red line until I open the plugin.

WASAPI is low latency, ASIO is almost no latency. Hope this helps...
