Echo During Music or promo playback

I'm running 5.4.7 on a Windows 7 Pro with a Gigabyte B150M-D3H-GSM mother board and 250GB SSD. I have twice downloaded the RadioPro software thinking I have a bad copy. To no avail. Has anyone else experienced this issue and solved it? How?
