Error 41 Unsupported File Format After Upgrading To Windows 7

I just upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 now some folders when trying to play a track from them I get error 41 unsupported file format how do I fix this??

What file type do you play? Some files are played using Windows system codecs, but I don't think some of them were removed after updating.
