Error Code 2

My computer just bit the dust. :(  Now I'm tring to install RadoBoss onto my replacement.  When ever I enter the name and code I get: "An error occured. Code 2 (User not found/incorrect code)."  I copy and paste direct from the email.  I also tried installing an older version 4.1...  After entering the name and code, I get:  "Restart RadoBoss"  When I do that, I'm right back where I started!! ??? I have 2 DAYS before I go back on air!!!   >:(
 
I'm really starting to wonder about this company.  They don't seem to be too interested in keeping their customers happy!!!

About activation issues you should write to support@djsoft.net...
Please try activating program again, it should work now.
