Event failed to play

Today an event at 4PM failed to play. A 10 second sweeper started playing at 4 seconds before the top of the hour. At 4PM the sweeper stopped and a track from the playlist started playing instead of the scheduled program. (RB 6.2.1.0) No errors were reported in the log. Can the sweeper function be improved to prevent such occurrences?

Can you please post the relevant part of the log when this happened? Sweepers should not cause this - after sweeper is inserted into the playlist, it's a regular track.

Yes it inserts for me in playlist from scheduler, that is no issue on mine. It won't play over the track if you want to do that create an auto intro.
