Help setting up weather

Ok, so I'm somewhat confused about how to setup the weather. I hope I'm not asking for too much help . I received keys for Accuweather and Open weather map but, I'm not sure what service is better. Do either services work different. First, to understand... when a weather update is sent is it sent as an audio file (mp3 file)? Basically, I would like an update sent (maybe) every 3 hours containing a 7 day forcast. How would this setup look? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

You can try both and see which one provides the best data for your location.

No, it only retrieves the values - temperature, wind etc. No audio, only text/number data.
