Help with Event

OK I'm trying to play a top of the hour event right after the track after the hour. Let me be more clear.

17:49:36  Artist - Song
17:54:49  Artist - Song
17:58:23  Artist - Song
18:02:32  Voice Track
18:02:50  Trying To Schedule The TOH Track here with The Events Scheduler. I'm Hoping the event will be Scheduled off at 18:00:00.

Do you need it to play exactly at 18:00:00? If so, there are 2 possible ways:

a. use the Run scheduled launch without waiting for current track to finish option - this will interrupt currently playing tracks and start your TOH track. Then playlist will continue from the next track.

b. use the Overlay Playback option with Pause playlist while event is playing - it will pause the current track in the playlist, play TOH Track, then continue playlist playback.

No. Say it's 18:00:00 right now and the current song that is playing is the song that started at 17:58:23, I would like to schedule a TOH track after the Voice Track that is comming up next, but I would like to fire off the event right now.

So event is supposed to be inserted after voice track?
Well, if voice track itself is from scheduler, then for TOH event you should set the "If there are tracks from schedule, enqueue" option.

Yes, But what if the VO is there but other tracks are after the voice track.

Well... I think in this case the scheduled event will go before the VO. How was this VO added to a playlist?

The VO is added to the playlist manually. Just by clicking on playlist/insert VO. But see, there's an intro set to the TOH track.

RB calculates Start Time for tracks, so when inserting VT you can take this into account.

I'm afraid there's no such feature as "skip VT and insert scheduled track"...
