Horrible Echo FX during stream playout & Stream Going down Every Night

For some strange this morning, out of the blue, the system sounds like it has an echo effect on it, and our stream sounds like we are broadcasting from within a tinbox.

I have not added any echo effects or anything.

Also, the stream goes out overnight without a reason.

Please open settings, Playback category and make sure that you don't have the same device selected for Main and Monitor. Then check what DSPs you have active. Another thing to check is soundcard settings (in the system) - most modern sound cards have "Environment" feature that sounds like you have described - maybe you activated it accidentally, or it activated itself after update or something like this. I also suggest rebooting the computer.

About stream problem, it seems like a separate thing. What streaming service do you use?

Yes! Both main and monitor devices were duplicated. As soon as I changed them, the horrible echo disappeared!!!! Thank you so very much for responding so promptly, and for providing a great and affordable solution for very small stations!

This is very professional software, and it is very rare that we ever encounter an issue. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great sounding radio station!
