Hi,
Please can anyone advise me on the best way to record my broadcasts using Radio Caster?

Is it suitable to use a third party plug in such as Audacity perhaps?

Any help will be much appreciated.

RadioCaster does not record broadcasts. You can use a plugin which does that, or you can use RadioLogger: https://www.djsoft.net/enu/radiocaster_details.htm
