everytime i turn any versions of radioboss now, it breaks my em-u soundcard and makes my soundcard go to static sound

so what could that be all about that

You should check the settings in the E-Mu control panel.

It looks fine... Except that you set volume to +12dB - this may cause distortion.

You can try to load the default settings: on the top click New icon and follow the instructions.

Priority means how much CPU time the RadioBOSS process gets.
You should leave it at its default setting (High).
