We would like to know is there possible way to insert a custom announcement into a long track, at every 20 min or so. Thanks

You can create a scheduled event with the "Overlay playback" option and make it repeat every 20 minutes, 2 or 3 times. Event start time should be set to start with the long track.

Thanks for the advice, which will work. But I have to create additional schedule for it, can it become an option or feature instead? Thanks
