Loseness Codec into flac with Flac.exe

I notice there is a  Flac.exe in the plugin folder and when using the convert commond in the soft, how I can convert file into a flac file. I don't want to lose the quality of the file. It's the most important thing to me.

Right-click on a file you want to convert, in the Converter window change encoder settings:
Name: FLAC
Command: flac.exe -s -8 - -o ::s
Extension: flac
Please see the picture.

Click Add button: FLAC encoder will be added to the list of encoders. Now you can click OK to convert to flac.

Not always better... mp3 is supported by hardware players, like car radio. Situation with FLAC is not that good.
