my RadioBoss show me this Message, and stop to play.

Main Device appears to be stalled

what can i do??

This is a disgnostic message meaning that sound card stopped processing sound for some reason. RadioBOSS will try to re-initialize it.

There's little can be done about it - you can try using a different sound card, update sound card drivers or change driver mode in RadioBOSS (e.g. use DirectSound instead of WASAPI).
