manual crossfading issue

Hey

When in manual mode, I am unable to crossfade events. For example at the end of the song I hit my 'NEXT' hot key to fire off a 9 second cold id then after 4 seconds into the id if fire the 'NEXT' hot key to play the song intro underneath the remaining 5 seconds of the cold id.. But instead of crossfading it cuts the id with 5 seconds to go and starts the song. When the playlist is in automation the crossfades are perfect and all 3 events flow nicely, it is only when you want to panel manually that it wont let me crossfade.

Could someone please put me in the right direction, screen shots would be great!!!!

When you switch to the next track manually, it will start the next track immediately with fade in, and fade out the currently playing track according to crossfade settings: http://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/crossfades.htm

You may wish to exclude mixing station IDs with following music tracks, in this case, create a file type: http://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/using_different_types_of_files.htm and in crossfade settings for this file type set the "Override previous track mix" to low value e.g. 0.5 seconds, in this case it won't be overlapped by the preceding music track. Also set the "Mix point" and "Fade out" to low values to make station ID play till the end.
