Maximum time to wait in queue

After checking "Maximum time to wait in queue" on a scheduled event and setting the time to 3 minutes the event looses the check and time after about 5 minutes.  Is there something that I need to click other than OK to make the "Maximum time to wait in queue" permanent until I unclick it myself?  Thanks, Jack Giesler

Forgot to mention that the event was created in "Ads Scheduler"

AdScheduler events are updated automatically and should not be edited manually, as all manual changes will be reset on the next update. You should configure all the events in th AdsScheduler settings.
 
When setting "Maximum time to wait in queue" - how do I set it for only one event in a series of events that occur at the same time every hour? And where do I make this setting so that it is saved for the same time every week (or whatever the rotation of the event)
