I do not know why my PC (win7) is recording at 706 kbps.
I cannot change this settings.
Does anyone have any ideea?

Thanks for help.

I'm afraid I didn't understand what the problem is...

Could you please give more information?

Sorry, I didn't say that this topic is not about RB.
When I use audacity for recording an Line IN the wave is at 706 kbps.
I don't know why. I looked in forums on the net but nothing.

Wav file is uncompressed, and its "bitrate" depends on the sample format you're using for recording.

If you're looking for explanation on where that "706" number comes from, here it goes: recording in stereo (2 channels) at 22050 Hz sample rate and using 16-bit samples - in this case, one second of stream will consume 2 * 22050 * 16 = 705,6 kbps :) It could be another ways, eg. a mono channel @ 44100 Hz - I think you've got the idea.

To change the bitrate - change the recording input format.
