new mixer board

i have just bought a new usb mixer board and i want to connect to me pc and i run radio boss through it also its a 4 or 8 channel mixer and how do i run the music though each channel and the mic is this possible

RadioBOSS can work with 8 channel cards. There's nothing special with USB cards, you just need to select the card in the RadioBOSS's settings, and also select which speakers you want to use.
Same with microphone.

I am looking at a 16 input usb mixer board (Tascam M-164UF) and am a little confused about how it will work.  Does this mean I can hook up the board through usb and RadioBoss will recognize it as one input, or will it see each input individually?  I know the board allows independant recording from each input.  I am hoping to connect a couple of mics along with a couple line ins through the board into the computer.  Will this work?

It should see each input individually (all inputs will be in the Devices list like separate sound cards). Like "Tascam Out#1", "Tascam Out#2", etc. Same with recording.
But, the program can only work with one microphone. People who need to use multiple mics, should use some kind of hardware mixing board, and have output of this board connected to sound card input.

hi i just bought a  behringer xenyx 1622fx  usb  that i belive can connect to the internet will this work ok with radio boss and how would i link it up to radioboss

Close RadioBOSS, connect USB sound card to the computer, wait until it installs drivers (this should happen automatically). Then, start RadioBOSS, enter Settigns -> Playback, and select your sound card in the devices list.

can we get the songs now and next to play through 2 channels of the desk and plug 2 mics into two other channels. and does the desk vol affect the output, that people actually hear?

The volume you set in the RadioBOSS doesn't affect what users hear.
In the latest version, you can output sound to more than one sound card, but it's still not possible to use 2 or more mics.

If mixer desk has 4 inputs and 1 output, you can use it with RadioBOSS, just connect the desk's output to sound card input.

I suppose the mixer should be visible as a sound device in Windows, so you just need to install its drivers and select it in the Playback and/or Microphone/Line.In sections in Settings.
