New Scheduler Command

Do you think you could add a new scheduler command where you can program certain events to turn off. Instead of having the entire scheduler turn off, could you add a command where you can program certain events to turn off a certain time and having a command that can turn them on again at a certain time.

Using commands in not a user-friendly approach and make program more complicated. I'm trying to avoid commands where possible.

There's another idea which can yield the same result: multiple start-times for event. This is good if you need certain event to be launched at morning and evening, but not during the day.
