PB launching radio caster

Hi,

We have a school radio project, so we bought Radio caster and radio boss.
Installing radio boss and radio caster is  ok. but launching radio caster generate an invarious error:
"Windows can't reach device,  path to device or file. You may not have right to use it"

witch file, repertory or device it is ????

radiocaster ver 2.4.3.0
Windows 7 x64.
Audio devices-------------------------
AMD High definition Audio Device
BHERINGER USB AUDIO Device
Realtek Hihg Definition Audio

Can you please give the exact error message that RadioCaster shows?

Sorry, original message is in french language so we translate it :
Windows does not succeed in reaching the ring road, the access road or the specified file. You may not have authorizations to have access to the element.

We need to know witch elements radio caster is talking about to do something.

- trying to gain all acces to application directory does not change the error msg.
- trying to install and launch with administrator rights does not work no more.

does we need to try an older version ?

we have tried friday at 11:12 ( gmt+3), radio caster have started, we close it, and 10 minutes later it is not working anymore. same message.

Is there any online feature you were working on at this time ???

That's really hard to tell what happens - can you please make a screenshot of the error message?
