Planned jingle priority

Is it possible if you schedule a morning or afternoon jingle at 30 min. as a track insert and it comes just after a jingle that has been generated in a rotation that this jingle can be skipped so that only the morning jingle plays? Several times it has happened that the morning jingle comes right after a standard jingle. It is not the intention to play 2 jingles in a row. I hope there is a option to do this.
