Playlist Generator Pro error message

Hello There,
I'm asking for help with an error message that appears in Playlist Generator pro, when I activate the Generate function, the progress bar freezes and I get this error that you see in the picture, I press the ok button the generation starts again and after a very short time it freezes again. The playlist generation operation ends regularly.
What can this error message be due to?
My pc has windows 1
